Where’s my order?
When your order is shipped from our Distribution Center, you will receive a confirmation email that also includes your UPS tracking number.  Simply visit www.ups.com to track your order for up to the minute details on your delivery.

Where can I find shipping information?

How do I use a promotion code?
To take advantage of all saving opportunities, simply enter your Promotion code in the Promotion Code field during the online checkout process.  It’s as easy as can be to save even more.

How do I use Express Order?
To help speed up the ordering process, you can use our Express Order form. From a catalog or a past order, locate the item numbers of the products you wish to purchase. Then enter these item numbers and quantity desired – it’s as easy as that!
 
When you are finished hit the "Add to Bag" button. You can then add additional items by browsing our online store or complete your order.

How can I request a Catalog?
Sent out bi-monthly, our Marlo Money Saver Catalog contains our best sellers and hot limited-time specials. You will also receive the Marlo Warehouse Guide which is an easy to use reorder guide for all your salon business needs! Click here to request a catalog.

How do I get a manufacturer’s rebate?
Manufacturer rebate forms will be included with your order. You are responsible for submitting these forms. Please follow all directions on the individual rebate forms. Need help? Contact a Marlo Customer Service Representative at 800.333.9499 or e-mail us.

Instant rebates are reflected in the advertised price and no forms need to be filled out.

What is your Low Price Guarantee?

Please note that due to strict date guidelines from manufacturers on the special pricing / promotions, we do not do price adjustments on previously purchased items. 

Can a cosmetology student order from your site?
YES!  As a professional dealer, we sell to licensed professionals and students who are actively engaged in pursuing their cosmetology education.  During the registration process at marlobeauty.com you will be asked to provide the name of your cosmetology school as well as a telephone number so we can confirm you enrollment.

Do you have programs for Chain Salons, Beauty Schools or Small Distributors?
