Intermixable Semi-Permanent Hair Color

Express yourself like a true artist, with a  palette of the world’s most wondrous colors. Wella colorcharm PAINTS™ are ready to go from tube to hair, with no developer needed. Just pick the colors you want, mix together or with the pastelizer to find a lighter shade as desired. Apply directly onto clean, wet or dry hair. PAINTS shows best on light blonde or highlighted hair. If your client’s starting color is darker than a medium blonde, you will need to pre-lighten for more noticeable results.

Long Lasting - Once your masterpiece is created, the color will slowly fade beautifully on tone, lasting up to 20 washes, depending on the shade and intensity.

Usage Instructions

Apply PAINTS either to dry, clean pre-lightened hair or to natural hair lighter than a level 9. Develop for 20 minutes and rinse until water runs clear. Shampoo and condition if desired. PAINTS colors are ready-to-use. Do not mix with peroxide.
