USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Apply either to dry, clean pre-lightened hair or to natural hair lighter than a level 9. Develop for 20 minutes and rinse until water runs clear. Shampoo and condition if desired. Wella Color Charm Paints is ready-to-use. Do not mix with peroxide.
