  • Intensive developer especially formulated to be used with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow tints
  • Can be used without concern around the sensitive eye-area
  • Ensures brilliant colour results
  • Narrow opening of the dispenser enables exact dosage
  • Pleasant scent
  • Can be mixed into a paste for lash and brow application
  • Mix 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid with 2 cm of tint
