Returning Undamaged Merchandise
Returns or exchanges require a
Return Authorization Form to be completed within 30 days of purchase. After completing the form, we will send you a free shipping label within two (2) business days. Labels sent via email will come from a UPS email address.
All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging. All associated promotional/free items must be included. When we receive your return, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within five (5) business days.
Packages sent to us without completion of an online Return Authorization Form will not be accepted: no refund will be issued and merchandise will not be returned to you.
*Shipping, insurance, fees and promotional coupons are not included in the refund amount. Special orders and final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Free/promotional items have no cash value.
Damaged, Defective and Mis-Shipped Items
Marlo Beauty Supply will replace or refund any item(s) that are damaged, defective upon receipt or mis-shipped. Carefully examine your order upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours.
Returns After 30 days
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on any items returned after 30 days. These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. For merchandise that becomes defective after 30 days, a manufacturer’s warranty may apply; please contact our Professional Customer Care team at 800.333.9499 for warranty information.
