Placing Orders
Marlo Beauty Supply is for professional cosmetologists only. Our prices are discounted for the professional trade. We do NOT sell to your clients. A valid cosmetology license number or sales tax identification must be entered at the time of registration, which will be verified by Marlo Beauty Supply. We reserve the right to terminate any transactions if inaccurate information is provided.
There is no minimum order. All orders are processed regardless of size.
You may place orders online, use our online express order form, or call in your order to our customer service center, Monday – Friday 7am – 7pm EST and Saturday 9am – 2pm EST at 800.333.9499.

Orders over $750 require payment with credit card or certified funds.
There is a $9.00 fee for C.O.D. delivery (checks or money orders only).
First time check by phone payments will be held 72 business hours to clear. After the first order with verification, all additional orders paid with check by phone would leave same day as placed.
Any items not in stock at the time your order is processed WILL NOT BE added to your invoice. Please include items not shipped on your next order.
Deals & Promotion Codes
You may enter Deal and Promotional coupons during the check out process on the last page of the order placement process. Multiple coupons may be entered for multiple sales.
Customer Credits
Credits with Marlo Beauty Supply will be applied at the time orders are invoiced. Credits will not appear during the online check out process.
All credits must be used within 6 months of the issue date.
Track your order
To track your order, simply click on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail.
Change or cancel an order
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping bag. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a "Placed" status. Your order is then "Sent to the Warehouse," entering the shipping process almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during "Placed" status. Once your order enters the shipping process by being "sent to the warehouse," no further changes can be made. You must call a Customer Service Representative to make any changes to your order when it is in "Placed" status. Click here for Customer Service contact information.
Should you need to change your order once the order has been placed, please call 1-800-333-9499 and talk to Marlo Beauty Supply Customer Service Representative to have your order changed or canceled.
Out of stock items
Any items out of stock at the time your order is placed WILL NOT BE added to your invoice. Currently back orders are not processed for future shipment. Please include items not shipped in your next order.
