Meet Bespoke Brows NYC! Founded by Rebecca Hoffman, Bespoke opened its doors in 2018, and they now have two boutique locations on the Upper East Side of New York City.
 

Marlo Beauty: Tell us about Bespoke Brows. What do you specialize in?
Bespoke: We wax everywhere from the neck up but specialize in eyebrow and eyelash care.  Our top services are eyebrow waxing, tweezing, tinting and lamination, as well as eyelash lifting and tinting.  

Marlo Beauty: What’s trending right now in lashes and brows?
Bespoke: Brows are the main feature everyone is focusing on right now. With everyone wearing masks in public, they have become the star of the face in a way we haven't seen before - the spotlight has never shone brighter on brows (and lashes)! With that, we've seen a major increase in demand for brow lamination - a service that softens brow hair and resets the direction in which it faces to create a fuller, fluffier look. 
 

Marlo Beauty: What’s your favorite part about being in the beauty industry?
Bespoke: For us, hands down, the best part is the connection you make with our clients.  Touching someone's face can be very intimate, and altering someone's appearance requires a great deal of trust. We take that responsibility very seriously and because of that we've been able to offer restorative experiences to people who have had negative experiences elsewhere.  It's so rewarding having someone come in with trepidation and leave feeling on top of the world.  You hope that they carry that feeling with them for the rest of their day/week.

Marlo Beauty: How did you hear about Marlo Beauty, and why do you keep coming back to Marlo to shop?
Bespoke: We originally heard about Marlo through internet research. The website is very user friendly, delivery is timely, and the pricing is fair and competitive. We also appreciate their customer service.
 

Marlo Beauty: What are your favorite products to shop at Marlo Beauty?
Bespoke: I almost don't want to share our favorite Marlo products because selfishly I don't want them to sell out(!) but the cleaning supplies and disinfectants (Barbicide, alcohol, etc.) are some of the most competitively priced items we've seen.
