Step-by-Step: RefectoCil Brow Lamination & Tint

BROW LAMINATION 

Using RefectoCil Brow & Lash Foam, thoroughly cleanse and gently exfoliate the brows with a spoolie in circular motions. Then comb the brows into place to prepare them for the service.
 

2. APPLY PERM SOLUTION
Apply a pea-sized amount of RefectoCil Lash Perm Solution evenly to the brows with the RefectoCil Browista brush. Add more if needed, ensuring every hair is fully coated in all directions. Lift any layered hairs to thoroughly saturate them, then lay them back into place. Clean away any excess solution with a cotton swab. 

Allow the solution to process for 6 minutes, increasing the processing time slightly if needed for more stubborn hairs. 

Pro Tip: If the tube has already been opened and any product has been oxidized (it will be a darker color), discard before using.
 

3. DRY & COMB
Remove the solution using a dry cotton swab or cotton round in an upward motion. Then, gently comb through the brows to soften and separate the hairs.
 

4. ADD NEUTRALIZER 
Apply a pea-sized amount of Perm 2 Solution (Neutralizer) and work it through the brows in one direction, combing through with the RefectoCil Browsita spoolie to distribute evenly. 

Process for 4 minutes. Remove the solution in an upward direction using dry cotton, then use a damp cotton swab if needed to ensure all residue is fully removed.
 

BROW TINT

Mix equal parts Eyelash & Eyebrow Cream Hair Dye and RefectoCil Cream Oxidant 3% Developer Cream. For this example, a blend of 20% graphite and 80% brown tint was used.
 

2. APPLY TINT 
For a gradient look, start at the ends of the brows and apply the tint in the direction of hair growth. 

Process for 2 minutes, then remove with dry cotton and use a damp cotton swab to wipe away any remaining tint. Finish by waxing and shaping the brows, and use RefectoCil Tint Remover to clean any stained areas if needed.
 

3. STYLE 
Apply RefectoCil Styling Gel to your glove and work it through the brows for better control and even distribution. This will condition and hydrate the brows while setting the shape in place. 

Pro Tip: Include Styling Gel in your service price and send clients home with it to maintain their brows between appointments.
