• Mix 1 oz. Wella Color Charm Powder Lightener with 2 oz. 20 vol Wella Color Charm Creme Developer 

• Process for one hour 

• Wash

• Tone for ten minutes with even parts of 20 vol  Wella Color Tango Developer and Wella Color Tango Permanent Masque Toner CT18 Lavender Ice + CT27 Crème Brûlée

WENDY LUNA

Wendy Luna is a professional hairstylist and salon owner in San Diego, CA. She graduated from the California Hair Design Academy and was the recipient of Stylist of the Year award Juan Lira. She started her career in 2008, and is now co-owner the newly opened downtown Hex Salon. She is now a proud member of the Wella Color Charm Design Team. Her work has been featured in C-Heads, an international fashion magazine produced in Vienna; Feminine and Masculine, a San Diego based high-end footwear lookbook; and more than ten cross-border fashion shows in the San Diego-Tijuana region. Luna is bilingual. She's happy to teach her acquired skills to fellow hairstylists, in addition to learning from her colleagues.
